Instructions:
Read these instructions carefully, and then click the "Click Here to Apply" at the bottom of this page.
Put your NAME, SPEC, and CLASS in the "subject" field of the form you see. For instance, "Kain - Warrior - Protection" would be a good way to do it.
In the "Body" field, provide answers to the 12 questions below. NOTE THAT ONCE YOU SUBMIT, YOU CANNOT GO BACK AND MAKE CHANGES, so proofread your application and make sure you get it right the first time.
That’s all there is to it. If you do not get contacted by an officer (Kain, Psyche, Bake, Yukomo, Danrox) within a few days of posting your application, please contact one of those people and we will discuss it with you. In general, we will try to contact you using in-game mail, but if you don’t hear anything come find us.
